Theater nerds, get ready to geek out over this new Les Miserables featurette!
Anne Hathaway, Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Amanda Seyfried, and Eddie Redmayne discuss director Tom Hooper’s decision to have the actors sing the music live rather than use a pre-recorded track, and we get to sample several epic songs from the musical.
Les Miserables opens in theaters December 25th.

omg, I just got chills! This looks like a one of a kind Les Mis. My UIL theater group is going to see this as a group. I can’t wait!!!
Anne Hathaway is just so fragile and real and she sings beautifully. The first trailer almost made me cry. I think they made the right choices with this. Also, Amanda Seyfried can SING. Who knew?
I don’t even like musicals and this looks kind of cool. I’m sure someone will drag me to see this, and I might not have to pretend to be watching.
