Mark your calendars for more Middle-earth! Peter Jackson has announced final film release dates and names for each movie in The Hobbit trilogy of films.
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey opens this year on Dec. 14.
The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug will be released on Dec. 13, 2013.
The Hobbit: There and Back Again will be released on July 18, 2014.
While some fans question Jackson’s decision to turn J.R.R. Tolkien’s novel into a three-parter…..
…most fans are just happy they get more big screen time with their favorite characters.
