Each week we round up the most crush-worthy covers to hit the web (or just to hit our eyeballs).

Today a stunning new debut cover was revealed for Erin Bowman’s Taken, along with the background story from the designer on the cover process. Behold, and read about it here!

Ruta Sepetys has already had some amazing cover luck with her beautiful debut novel, Between Shades of Grey. Well lightning can definitely strike twice. Her sophomore novel, Out of the Easy, has an even more beautiful cover than her first novel. Read Entertainment Weekly‘s interview with Ruta here to hear more about Out of the Easy.

Feast your eyes on Kiersten White’s new novel (unrelated to her fab Paranormalcy books), Mind Games, now with a colorful, mercurial cover.

Corey Ann Haydu’s OCD Love Storymakes pathological repetition seem sexy with this colorful, fun cover!

Kristin Halbrook’s cover pose for Nobody But Us (coming Winter 2013) turned so many heads, the YA Highway authors took their own stabs at recreating it! Check them out here.

The cover for Megan Shepherd’s The Madman’s Daughter is beautiful. (Almost as beautiful as the fake cover she designed for her Friday the Thirteeners challenge. It was like Katy Perry meets Fabio.)

No sophomore slump for these authors’ covers! Brodi Ashton just shared the sequel to Everneath, Everbound, and she’s offering up the chance to win an ARC! Leanna Renee Hieber’s just  revealed her Magic Most Foul sequel, The Twisted Tragedy of Miss Natalie Stewart.

Speaking of paranormal series continuations, some of our favorite series have new covers to add to their arsenal: the fourth book in Colleen Houck’s Tiger’s Curse series, Tiger’s Destiny; book #3 in Kelley Armstrong’s Darkness Rising series, The Rising, and the tenth House of Night book, Hidden.
